BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before you book, please check the event schedule below—we will not be holding appointments on those dates and the store will be open to the public, regular hours from 10:30-5PM.

We will need to gather some information about you to prepare for your appointment. Please cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking to receive a refund on your deposit. Cancellations that come within 24 hours and no-shows will not receive a refunded deposit.

APPOINTMENT TYPES

TIER 1 receives a dedicated appointment time to shop with the store’s Assistant Fashion Director. Small groups of up to three guests are welcome. The deposit to reserve is $75, and the appointment lasts one hour. The deposit is applied to your purchase. Convenient garage parking is free for two hours.

TIER 2 receives one-on-one styling advice and shopping guidance with Laurel. Clients will leave with targeted styling advice and photos of their looks. Small groups of up to three guests are welcome. The deposit to reserve is $100 and the appointment lasts one hour. The deposit is applied to your purchase. Convenient garage parking for all attendees is free for two hours.

TIER 3 clients are welcome to bring up to three pieces from their existing wardrobe. Laurel will work with them one-on-one in an extended session to develop ways to wear those pieces and style them with items from the shop. They will leave with solutions for their “tricky” pieces, as well as targeted styling advice, and photos of their looks. Clients are welcome to bring a guest, but only the booking party may bring in pieces to work with. The deposit to reserve is $500 and the appointment lasts two hours. The deposit is applied to your purchase. Convenient garage parking for all attendees is free for two hours.
